Who is David Rispoli?
David and his wife Jennifer live in St. Louis, MO. Jennifer earned her Doctorate of Physical therapy from Maryville University and is passionate about women’s health issues as they relate to marriage and relationship issues. Dr. Rispoli also works as David’s Executive Assistant and is passionate about seeing good marriages become great and broken marriages being saved. Outside of helping improve and save marriages, they both are passionate about their faith, their children, their church, their friends and Cardinals baseball.
David Rispoli is the president and founder of St. Louis Marriage Coaching and is known throughout the United States as The Marriage Coach. He has been coaching individuals, couples, and businesses for the past two decades. He started his coaching business in the corporate world working in the financial planning industry, and today he continues to coach businesses across a myriad of industries. David was trained by world renowned expert, Mort Fertel, in the Marriage Fitness approach to saving marriages and still works as one of the Marriage Fitness consultants. During this time, he has helped hundreds of couples from all around the world restore their broken marriages and experience the marriage of their dreams. He is a member of the International Coach Federation, Christian Coach Network, and the American Association of Christian Counselors. He is a certified Myers Briggs practitioner as well as a Professional Team Building Specialist and a certified anger management counselor. As a pastor of one of the most contemporary and fast growing Lutheran Churches in the State of Missouri, he is passionate about seeing lives positively changed.
David has a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from Slippery Rock University and completed his graduate work earning three Masters Degrees. He has earned a Masters of Divinity from Gettysburg. He has an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Masters of Science degree in Leadership. He is currently working toward a Phd in Christian Counseling. As a former United States Marine, he is highly motivated and mission driven.
Who is Jessica Murphy?
Jessica Murphy is David’s Client Experience Specialist. She enjoys meeting new people and is passionate about each client having a positive and uplifting experience. With over 12 years of working alongside management, she provides exceptional customer service and is always finding ways to make your experience better!
Jessica feels honesty, creativity, and dedication to be her best qualities. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, being a mom, volunteering, and cheering on the STL Cardinals!

In honor of the 125th anniversary of Success Magazine, the editors sought out 125 of the most influential leaders, coaches, authors, mentors and thought leaders to know in the US in 2022. These are leaders who made long-lasting positive changes in people’s lives. After taking nominations for months, receiving hundreds of nominations, and vetting the voting process the Success 125 is completed. This past December I was contacted by Success Magazine and was told that I had been nominated for the Success 125. My first reaction was shock. Then when I saw some of the names of others who had been nominated, I was extremely humbled but also feeling realistic that my making the final list was a long shot. These were names like Grant Cardone, Tony Robbins, Ed Mylett, Glen Stearns, and Will Smith. God is amazing! Last week, I was notified by Success that I had made the Success 125. I want to thank everyone of my friends and family who voted for me repeatedly! Thank you to my friends at Joy Community Church who voted for me. Thank you to all my former business, marriage, and grief coaching clients who voted for me. I want to thank you especially for the opportunity you have given me to positively impact your life or business. Thank you to all my friends from High School who voted for me. I am so humbled and honored to receive this award. I feel incredibly grateful for the awesome people that God has blessed me with and my opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives.
