1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services offered by St. Louis Marriage Coaching, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to coaching sessions, workshops, digital products, or online content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Services.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.


2. Scope of Services

We provide marriage coaching services, including individual and couple sessions, group coaching, educational content, workshops, and related offerings. Our Services are offered both in-person and virtually across the United States.

Our Services are strictly educational and supportive in nature.
We do not provide therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or psychological services, and our coaches are not licensed mental health professionals. Nothing said or implied in a coaching session should be considered mental health treatment or legal advice.
If you are experiencing emotional distress, trauma, abuse, addiction, or mental health issues,
please consult a licensed healthcare professional.


3. Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree:

To participate fully and take personal responsibility for your own progress.

To refrain from using the Services in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive way.

To acknowledge that coaching outcomes are not guaranteed.

That your actions, decisions, and results are solely your responsibility.


4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the resolution of relationship issues or any specific outcomes. Success depends on many factors, including your personal commitment, communication, and circumstances beyond our control.


5. Payments and Fees

All Services must be paid in advance via accepted methods (e.g., credit/debit card, electronic payment).

Pricing and package details are provided before booking.

If payment is not received, sessions will not be confirmed or held.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session, at our discretion.

Refunds for unused sessions are issued solely at our discretion, minus processing fees.

No refunds are issued for sessions already completed.


6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Coaching sessions are confidential except when:

Disclosure is required by law.

There is risk of harm to you or others.

You grant explicit permission to share specific information.

We make reasonable efforts to secure data but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality due to the nature of online communication.


7. Consent to Recording (Optional)

Coaching sessions may be recorded only with your express prior consent. You may revoke this consent at any time. Any recordings will be kept confidential and used solely for training, quality assurance, or internal purposes.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, St. Louis Marriage Coaching, LLC and its employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, or relational outcomes.


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless St. Louis Marriage Coaching, LLC and its affiliates, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your breach of these Terms;

Your misuse of the Services;

Your violation of any third-party rights.


10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, illness, or other force majeure events.


11. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services (including coaching materials, frameworks, exercises, videos, logos, and brand identity) is the intellectual property of St. Louis Marriage Coaching, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used without express written permission.


12. Privacy and Data Collection

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that:

Any dispute will first be resolved through informal negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in St. Louis County, Missouri, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.


14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the "Effective Date" noted above. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.


15. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and St. Louis Marriage Coaching, LLC regarding use of our Services and supersede all prior discussions or agreements, whether oral or written.
